VOICES AMPLIFIED PRESENTS “MAKE THEM HEAR YOU”: A POWERFUL CELEBRATION OF AFRICAN AMERICAN ARTISTRY FEBRUARY 21-23, 2025


Voices Amplified, a collective dedicated to empowering artists and creating equitable spaces in arts education and theater performance, is proud to present Make Them Hear You, a stirring musical theater cabaret series. This inspiring series celebrates the extraordinary contributions of African American artists through powerful performances of songs and spoken word.


Directed and conceived by Ron Wilbur, Make Them Hear You, will feature live instrumentation from The BanDj Experience , Voices Amplified performers including Mya Barber, Kenny Demus, Taylor Greatbatch, Jessica Greene, Isaac Jones, Elijah Merricks, Elise Parker, Anjuli Martinez, Kelli Jo Summers, Vivien Kurtz, ZaMya Clay, Kadyn Edwards, Kayden Gentry, Myles Radford, and Nicholas Wilson. With live artistry in collaboration with Project Ricochet, featuring the” hip hop Picasso” Tony Wavy and spoken word artist Taca Hollis.
