Bodies Ampd is back for 2026 starting JANURY 24!

Bodies Amp'd: A Wild Women's Circle is a high-energy, soul-stirring weekly workshop designed to bridge the gap between mental clarity and expressive liberation. This circle is where women gather to shed societal expectations and reconnect with their most authentic, "wild" selves through physical movement and creative play

In this circle, we celebrate the unique wisdom of every life stage fostering a rare environment where each generation can learn from inspire and move with one another!

What to Expect

Each session is a carefully curated journey that moves from inner stillness to outward explosion:

Self-Love Journaling: We begin each workshop with guided work from The Self-Love Workbook for Women by Megan Logan. These evidence-based exercises help you quiet your inner critic, set intentions, and build deep self-compassion.

Mental Clarity & Meditation: We begin by "landing" in the space. Through guided breathwork and focused presence, we quiet the noise of modern life—from social media burnout to the stresses of caregiving—rooting into the wisdom of the body.

Yoga & Somatic Movement: Fluid yoga sequences and somatic exercises help release tension and "unblock" the nervous system, preparing your body for deeper expression.

Musical Theatre, Contemporary Dance and Movement: Turn up the volume and play! Using storytelling and choreographed movement, we explore different characters and express emotions. It’s an "equalizing" medium where the joy of the dance matters more than the precision of the steps.

The Sharing Circle: We conclude by witnessing one another. In this non-judgmental space, you are invited to share your truths and be heard without the need for anyone to "fix" or respond.
